Request Sacramental Records

- We have sacramental records dating back 75 years for St. Mary Parish. Records older than 75 years have been transferred to the Archives of the Archdiocese of Boston. Please call them at 617-746-5897 or email [email protected] and they will help you obtain the records.
  
  In addition, ALL records for St. Joseph & St. Charles Borromeo Parishes have been transferred to the Archives of the Archdiocese of Boston. Please call them at 617-746-5897 or email [email protected] and they will help you obtain the records.
  
  To request sacramental records less than 75 years old from St. Mary Parish please submit the form below. We kindly ask for a $10 donation per sacramental certificate issued. You may mail a check to the parish office or submit a donation through our online giving portal.
